PP-AV provides warranty support for all its products. The warranty period is specified in the product listing or accompanying manufacturers documentation. We are also the European Service Agents for Tone Winner. During the warranty period, PP-AV will either support you, repair or replace any defective product at no charge to the customer, provided the defect is not a result of misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification. If a defect arises during the warranty period, the customer must contact PP-AV to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The customer will ship the defective product to the PP-AV or manufacturer, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product we receive, back to the customer.
In the event of a product defect, PP-AV may require the customer to provide a video of the fault for analysis by our technical team, before return. This video will help us determine the cause of the defect and the appropriate course of action for repair or replacement. The video should clearly show the product and the issue experienced, and the customer should provide as much detail as possible regarding the circumstances surrounding the fault. PP-AV may request additional information or clarification if necessary. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the video in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution of the issue.
Additionally, PP-AV recommends that customers keep all original packaging and materials, including the box, packing materials, and user manual, for the duration of the warranty period. This will facilitate the return process and help ensure the safe and secure transport of the product. PP-AV is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

However, please note that while we do support warranty claims, it is important to understand that customers outside of EU/UK are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product for repairs or replacements.

To activate the warranty coverage, customers are required to register their purchased product. PP-AV facilitates this process by providing a Warranty Registration Form after purchase. By completing and submitting this form, customers can officially register their product and initiate the warranty coverage.
For business-to-business (B2B) sales, PP-AV offers a no warranty price. This means that the price of the product for B2B customers does not include any warranty coverage. This arrangement is tailored to cater to the specific needs and preferences of B2B customers who may have alternative warranty or support arrangements in place.
